Who runs this
This site is operated by AmpTrading. If a registered entity, address or contact detail is added to this notice, this is the section it will appear in — none is stated here now.
What the service is
AmpTrading reads a public blockchain and shows what a wallet did: what it holds, every trade it made, and the profit worked out by matching each sale back to what it cost. It reads the chain. It does not hold your assets, does not place a trade for you, and never asks for a private key, a seed phrase or a signature.
Who can use it
You must be old enough where you live to enter into a contract. You must also not be a person the risk page says these tokens may not be offered to — see risk.html for who that excludes and why.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. No figure shown here is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell anything.
Accuracy limits
Gas is not deducted from any profit figure shown.
For the wallet this site tracks, each past swap's ETH leg is valued at that day's ETH price, so its figures do not drift as ETH moves later. For a wallet you paste in yourself, there is no day-by-day price history to draw on, so every leg is valued at today's ETH price instead, and a figure spanning a large ETH move will drift from what actually happened at the time.
History is read in pages up to a safety cap per feed. If that cap is hit, the page says so rather than presenting a partial count as a complete one. Only realised profit — profit from a sale that has actually happened — is counted; unrealised gains on anything still held are not.
The chain, the block explorer this site reads from, and the price sources it uses are third parties. Any of them can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable, and this site has no way to correct that when it happens.
No token, no offer
AmpTrading has not issued a token: no token exists, and no distribution has ever been made to anyone.
Any payout split described anywhere on this site is a worked example — arithmetic run on a real wallet's real trades to show what a split would produce, not a record of any payment, because no payment has occurred.
Nothing on this site — this page, the dashboard, or any other page — is an offer, a solicitation, or an invitation to buy, sell or subscribe for anything.
Acceptable use
Do not attack this site, do not scrape it into the ground, do not misrepresent what it does, and do not use it to break the law where you are.
Ownership
The site's text, design and code belong to AmpTrading. The chain data it reads and displays belongs to nobody — it is public because the chain it comes from is public.
Third-party links
Links out to the block explorer, the chain's own documentation, and anywhere else are not endorsements. AmpTrading does not control what those sites say or do, and is not responsible for it.
Warranty
This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law where you live allows.
Liability
AmpTrading is not liable for losses arising from using this site or from relying on any figure it shows, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The date at the top of this page says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to any consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
